Grand Prix 2024 – 25 May in Bredene

Our first competition of the year is getting closer!

Our Grand Prix will take place on 25 May 2024 at MEC Staf Versluys (Kapelstraat 76, 8450 Bredene).

Weigh-in/registration for athletes will run from 10am to 11.30am.

Doors for spectators will open at 12:00, with the race starting at 13:00.

The deadline for registration of athletes is midnight on 20 May. No new registrations will be accepted after that. After this deadline, the official timetable will be drawn up.

Entries athletes will be done through the NCOBB app, register today!

The Grand Prix allows athletes to qualify for the ICN European Championships in Rimini, Italy on 30+31/5 + 1/6.

We will select and sponsor 4 of our best Belgian athletes to participate in the ICN Euro. All other Belgian participants may also participate in the European Championships at their own expense.

Contest & Posing Seminar #1 2024

On 13 April, we will organise our competition & posing seminar at @contextgym (Brieversweg 185, 8310 Bruges).

We’ll dive into the ins and outs of competing with NCOBB and ICN Worldwide, choosing the right divisions and categories, what to look out for on competition day and how to pose your physique in the best way on stage!

NCOBB/ICN Belgium officials (president, vice-president and chief judge) will be present to answer your questions and we are also honoured to welcome our posing instructors for this event: @alina.mas.be and our ICN Vice World Champions @unity_arthur and @pumping_jos . We will do our best to provide information in Dutch, French and English.

The seminar is free for all our NCOBB members if you have a valid membership before 2024.

Registration is mandatory via the NCOBB app (click on ‘Event Registration’) so we can properly prepare the posing groups!
